One thing I hear a lot, is hams not giving enough time between overs so here’s couple of pointers…
- Once you have finished talking leave 1 second before releasing the PTT
- Leave a 3 to 4 second gap between the last person talking and you starting
- Press the PTT wait 1 second then talk
There is a lot of systems all integrated and the signal has to relay, also leaving a bigger gap between overs, will allow others to join in, or leave the room.
So you got it all working… Great…
